Service Description

PostmasterGen provides an online postcard creation and mailing service. You create postcards using your own images or AI-generated artwork, and we print and mail them on your behalf.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostmasterGen to:

• Send threatening, harassing, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or send mail fraudulently
• Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property

We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders that violate these terms.

Pricing and Payment

Postcards cost $2.49 each, which includes printing and postage. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Delivery

We mail postcards within 1 business day of your order. Delivery times (3-7 days domestic, 7-14 days international) are estimates based on postal service performance. We are not responsible for postal service delays.

Refunds

If your postcard is not delivered due to our error, we will refund your payment or reprint and resend at no cost. We cannot refund for incorrect addresses provided by you or postal service failures.

Content Rights

You retain rights to content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to print and mail your content. AI-generated images are created for your use on PostmasterGen postcards.

Limitation of Liability

PostmasterGen's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the postcard in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
